We are trying to get better every day, and here are some of the small steps we are taking to ensure a sustainable future.
Carbon Negative
We go way beyond being ‘neutral’ with green house gasses. We ensure that we more than offset all of our offices’ greenhouse gas emissions using Gold Standard.
Sustainable Travel
Everyone at 1UP takes sustainable transport to work, ranging from bikes, buses, trains, or even slippers.
Lite on Flights
We know that air travel causes a disproportionate amount of climatic impact, so we try to balance this by always ensuring our travel is ultimately carbon negative.
Reduce & Reuse
We know that these two areas of sustainability need more attention than just relying on recycling, so we bring our own coffee mugs, and think twice before printing.

We partner with great businesses and aim to help them grow, we also give a 10% discount for any Certified ‘B’ Corp.
