Capital Contracting provides professional home renovations on-time and on-budget with a trustworthy team based in Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, and Victoria, BC. Over the years, Capital Contracting has worked on various residential and commercial renovation projects. They’ve encountered just about every possible layout for a home or business remodeling project and have accumulated the skills and experience to execute a job from the footing and foundation to the framing and finishing. They run various renovation services, such as framing, insulation, plumbing, flooring, tiling, and more. Their mission is to make it easy to select the right contractor, tend to every job aspect, and be carefully clean. Client Challenge

Capital Contracting needed help transitioning from an established B2B company to B2C. They wanted higher quality leads that would generate higher conversions. At the same time, they wanted to expand on their current lower mainland market into Victoria.

Our Digital Marketing Strategy

Capital Contracting needed support in running advertising campaigns to increase branded exposure and reach new audiences. In particular, making use of their new Victoria market and establishing their brand recognition all over BC. In order to achieve this, they wanted to utilize Google Ads for Search and Facebook Ads for exploring new audiences and remarketing.

We started by establishing KPIs we could trust to gauge campaign efficiency and ROI. Then we crafted paid campaign strategies with a mix of brand awareness and conversion-focused campaigns to drive immediate qualified traffic to the site. We also ran A/B tests to convert that traffic at a better rate.

We created 3 main goals to track on the capcon.ca website and linked them to the Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts for better visibility into the campaign’s effectiveness, ROAS, and lead quality.

Advertising Management

We created and fine-tuned Google Search and Display advertising campaigns, and introduced Facebook ads to expand our reach to the target audience. We created a mix of brand awareness campaigns in order to generate the new Victoria market as well as intent-based and retargeting campaigns to drive conversions and generate high quality leads.

Conversion Rate Optimization

We created landing pages to enhance the performance of our advertising campaigns and fine-tuned the design and messaging to optimize user experience and increase conversion rates.
